Returns

Q: How long do I have to return my order?
A: Orders can be returned within 10 days of receipt.
Q: What is buffalo.co.id's return policy?
A: buffalo.co.id Return Policies are as follows:
 
  1. For damaged products, we will refund the payment via bank transfer if upon inspection it is verified the product is damaged because of the workmanship or manufacturing. We will process the return, exchange, or refund for compensation or replacement.  We accept returns for damaged products within 10 days of order receipt.
  2. The product warranty will be valid according to the warranty period that applies for that item. For products with an official warranty, the customer can return the product to supplier or send the products back to us with original packaging.  We will help to submit the damaged product to the supplier.
  3. For wrong items (wrong flavor/wrong quantity/wrong size) the customer needs to contact customer service within 10 days of receipt and send a notification email with photo and reason.  We will process an exchange with the correct product or refund the payment.
